Vermentino – Clairette
Eye
This wine shows a very beautiful pale yellow color with gold reflections.
Nose
The nose is very delicate, it reveals lovely citrus aromas, notably yellow grapefruit, as well as notes of lime and a hint of boxwood. When aired, the nose opens with some notes of white-fleshed fruits, notably pear and white peach.
Palate
The palate has a nice roundness in attack, we find peach as well as a hint of apricot. Finally, on the end of the palate, there are citrus fruits: we find lemon as well as a hint of minerality which gives the wine a very good length in the mouth and a beautiful aromatic persistence.
AOP LUBERON – 12,5° vol
This organic wine can be opened for an aperitif and then goes perfectly with a bouillabaisse or grilled sea bass. With cheese, this organic white wine will be ideally paired with a farmer’s bush from Rove embellished with a touch of honey.

Syrah – Grenache – Mourvèdre
Eye
Nice presentation for this wine which shows a very pretty pale pink color with light lychee reflections.
Nose
The nose is fine and delicate, it reveals notes of small red fruits, we find crushed strawberries, wild strawberries, then some citrus notes with a slight hint of pink grapefruit and a slightly more exotic register with passion fruit.
Palate
The palate is very airy, it presents a beautiful freshness we find citrus fruits with in particular yellow lemon; the end of the mouth presents a beautiful minerality which expresses the terroir of Chateau Constantin.
AOP LUBERON – 12,5° vol
This organic wine will be perfect for an aperitif, it can also accompany a fine red mullet tart, a shredded crab on a bed of grilled avocado and its citrus jelly.

Syrah – Grenache
Eye
This wine reveals a very deep and intense color with ruby reflections.
Nose
The nose is very expressive and complex, we find aromas of black fruits, such as blackberry and black cherry, mixed with small red fruits such as lingonberries.
Palate
The mouth is full-bodied with substance and silky tannins, we find the aromas present on the nose embellished by a touch of sweet spices such as liquorice and cinnamon.
AOP LUBERON – 13,5° vol
This wine will ideally accompany lamb: it can be served on a rack of lamb with rosemary for example, it will also support an association with stronger meats such as a leg of venison but also spicy dishes: why not a lamb curry?
