

Cuvée Ô – ORGANIC LUBERON ROSÉ
Tasting notes :
This wine shows a very pretty soft pink dress with clear peach nuances.
The nose, complex and elegant, reveals nice notes of nectarine and fresh apricot, mixed with strawberry and a touch of citrus as well as floral notes. The mouth has a beautiful volume, with roundness, complexity and freshness, provided by citrus and a mineral side, which gives the wine a beautiful persistence.
This wine of gastronomy will be worthy to accompany a meal.

A perfect wine meal, it can accompany a Bresse poultry with cream, but also lightly spiced dishes like a monkfish curry with coconut milk. With its freshness this rosé wine can also be proposed as a dessert to accompany a citrus salad for example.

Vineyard
The vineyard is about fifty years old and is located on the edge of the Aigue Brune. The soil brings minerality and complexity thanks to the limestone pebbles and pebbles of the Durance river.
Sorting, destemming, crushing and cold skin maceration for 6 hours on one part and direct pressing on the other. Mud stabulation on a part (10%). Settling by the cold.
Fermentation in stainless steel vat at 18 ° C, in amphora (10%) and in barrels (10%). Aging on fine lees for 3 months with stirring at the beginning of aging (vat, amphora and barrels).

Cuvée Ô – ORGANIC LUBERON WHITE
Tasting notes :
This wine has a pretty light yellow color with green reflections.
The nose is very intense and complex, it reveals notes of yellow fruits such as brugnon, pineapple but also brioche and flowery notes punctuated by a mineral point.
In the mouth this ample and complex wine is also on the freshness and has aromatic relief. There are very nice notes of exotic fruits and citrus fruits such as lime.
This wine shows an excellent length.

Cuvée Ô – AOP LUBERON RED
Tasting notes :
The color is intense and deep with violet nuances.
The complex nose reveals delicate notes of roasting and mocha that sublimate the aromas of black fruits such as blackcurrant and spices such as black pepper and licorice.
On the palate this wine is intense and complex with a beautiful material, the tannins are silky and round, we perceive menthol notes that bring freshness to the wine then arrives the fruit and roasting notes with a very light touch of vanilla stick.
