This wine has a yellow color with gold and vermilion reflections. The nose is very beautifully expressed with good aromatic intensity, it reveals delicate aromas of yellow fruit: there are apricot and brugnon. Mixed with delicious notes of pastry cream and vanilla. The palate is round in attack, we discover notes of peach in syrup as well as delicate citrus aromas: lemon and grapefruit zest. In the finish, a beautiful mineral structure arrives which brings a nice freshness. It is a complex and ample wine, in which subtle woody notes shine through.
