Eye
This wine has a very pretty pale pink color with pearl nuances.
Nose
The nose is frank and intense, revealing gourmet aromas of small red fruits such as redcurrant and raspberry as well as hints of cranberry.
Palate
The palate is fresh in the attack we perceive lemony notes, then come nice notes of strawberry, we find redcurrant, then we distinguish a hint of exotic fruit. At the end of the mouth we find the mineral notes which give a nice freshness, tension and persistence to this wine.
AOP LUBERON – 13° abv.
This wine can accompany a pesto soup, Provençal cod backs or even a leg of Luberon lamb with garlic cream.

Eye
This wine shows a very pretty pale pink color with silver reflections.
Nose
The nose is very expressive, it reveals notes of exotic fruits such as maracuja, as well as citrus fruits with in particular grapefruit, then arrive some notes of white to yellow fruit with peach as well as a slight touch of apricot.
Palate
The mouth is round, with a good amplitude. There are citrus notes with lemon, then a touch of minerality on the finish. This wine shows a very nice aromatic persistence.

Nose
The complex nose reveals delicate notes of roasting and mocha which sublimate the aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and blackcurrant and spices such as black pepper and liquorice.
Palate
In the mouth this wine is intense and complex with a beautiful substance, the tannins are silky and round, we perceive menthol notes which bring freshness to the wine then arrive the fruit and the roasting notes with a very light hint of vanilla stick.
