This wine reveals a beautiful pale yellow color with white gold nuances. The nose has a beautiful aromatic expression with notes of white-fleshed fruits: we perceive pear and white peach. The palate is delicious and round, with notes of vine peach, complemented by nuances of apricot. The finish is citrusy: we detect lime as well as aromas of kumquats. It is a fruity and complex wine characterized by a beautiful aromatic persistence.

Vineyard
The 50-year-old vineyard is located on the edge of the Aigue Brun in Lourmarin. The soil brings minerality and complexity thanks to the limestone gravel and the pebbles of the Durance.

Vinification
 Manual harvest. Destemming and pressing. Fermentation on fine lies. Cold settling in stainless steel vats. No inputs, no filtration and no added sulfites.
